1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that your return is initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Towels that have been used or washed.
  • Towels without the original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. To contact our customer service click the ‘contact us’ link to request a return authorisation.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the original packing slip and the return authorisation email.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorisation email.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Refund Timeframe

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment in approximately 10 days. 

3.2 Shipping returns 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service department by clicking the ‘contact us’ link to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and also for receiving the new item.
